"Accordingly, we intend to vote on January 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given' and ‘lawfully certified' (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed."

"Accordingly, since we know that our colleagues in the House will not agree to also vote to reject the electors, we are confident in virtue-signaling to our base through this futile gesture without actually changing the outcome of the election."

“Accordingly, since we know that our colleagues in the House will not agree to also vote to reject the electors, “

Dude, there’s over a 100 in the house who plan on rejecting.

Would not say virtue signaling to the base...the correct term is pandering....surprised they didn’t include a PO Box where you can send your contributions...

I think it’s pathetic how the Trump supporters are being used by the politicians..

I believe you have correctly summarized this letter from Cruz et al.

The GOP is doing nothing more than creating a ‘talking point’ by advocating a 10 day audit of the fraud.

The GOP has done nothing in the six contested states to do a forensic audit during the past two months, even with the Legislatures in those six contested states controlled by the GOP.

Nice letter Ted, but I am not buying.

The new House is sworn in tomorrow. Pelosi controls considerably fewer D's than last Congress.

Still a long shot, but the R numbers are way better as of tomorrow.
