That said, Scotland has just gone under a very severe lockdown (for the usual leftwing reasons) and I’m not even sure they’d let him in.

The air force doesn’t have a lot of the 757s and I would assume they’re used almost exclusively by the president and vice-president. So if there is in fact a military 757 due there then it’s probably a safe bet it’s for Trump. But I would also expect that a 5:01 PM local time on January 20th it will be starting its engines and coming back to the U.S.
