That sounds like a more recent revision of what fascism is [I don’t think the original definition required nationalism as an element, nor racism.] It’s just a highly centralized autocratic state where capital/the means of production is still privately owned, but is controlled and directed by the state through regulation for [the benefit of the state.]
Communism is similar but is a highly centralized autocratic state where capital/the means of production cannot be privately owned and where factories and farms, etc., are the property of the state and directly run by the state for the benefit of the state [but in the name of the people who have no choice in the matter.]
In both systems government replaces family as the authority over children, who are treated as government property, and are used by the state to monitor their parents’ compliance and loyalty.

They aren't a loose-knit group. They are organized and they have a tactical hierarchy of command.
They can be easily identified and neutralized and yet law enforcement and the FBI have yet to target them.
