Quick and not thoroughly explored thought: there have been calls in the past for laws that require compensation to be paid by the plaintiff to the defendant in unsuccessful frivolous tort cases. I have generally agreed with that idea in the past, but with the two-tier justice system run by globalists it probably isn't on my list of things to do.

With that said, there could be an amendment to the constitution that does something similar for frivolous impeachments. If so, the compensation by the plaintiffs would be the removal from office for life.

I know ... definitely not a thoroughly explored idea.
