The still-unidentified Federal executioner of MS. Babitt did certainly have more rounds available. HE alone could have led to a massacre.
Maybe he satisfied his need with only one body.
BTW, we knew the name of the neck-stander cop for George Floyd within hours. How come this equally senseless death perpetrated by an authority figure is treated any differently?
