Wisconsin prosecutors are seeking to change the terms of Kyle Rittenhouse’s bond agreement after the Kenosha gunman was spotted drinking at a bar and allegedly flashing white power signs earlier this month.
The motion stems from an image of Rittenhouse, 18, at Pudgy’s Pub in Mount Pleasant on Jan. 5 wearing a T-shirt that read “Free as F–k,” WTMJ-TV reported.

“White power signs” are whatever prosecutors and other leftists say they are. And the leftists are ALL deranged now to varying degrees.
It's the "ok" sign. It started as a joke on 4Chan. They wanted to see how many idiot leftists would fall for being told the "ok hand sign" was actually a white power sign. Leftists ran with it and still believe it.
This is an effort to tarnish his image and taint the jury pool.

The OK sign, adjusting one’s lapels, drinking milk... Basically any action by a white person gets labeled as a “white power sign” when the left needs to slander someone.
Actually it is. Pre-trial confinement is what bail eliminates but the rules are usually the same as if you were still in jail. Bond lets you go to work, church or other activities but prohibits alcohol or other drug use. They can also prohibit certain places such as a bar and can require drug screenings at any given time.

In this case, he was clearly intending to mimic the mocked “white power sign”, maybe because he thought it would be funny.

His lawyer is probably looking for a way to drop this guy.

Wisconsin law states that anyone who’s under 21 can still be served a adult beverage like at a bar, providing that they’re accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and the proprietor of the establishment gives their okay.
If he’s acting like a 19 year old kid, what’s so bad about that?
