The Uthans (properly spelled Utahans) mentioned by James Sullivan are residents of Utah, not members of a New Delhi civic organization.
Who will listen to the evidence? Media? Courts? FBI? If they won’t investigate pulling suitcases of votes out from under the desks at 4:00am, what will they investigate?
