Far-left members of the “Squad” are publicly shaming one aspect of President-elect Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion spending plan, which would provide Americans with $1,400 stimulus checks, calling for Congress to provide Americans with $2,000 checks and possibly have them “recurring.”
Biden on Thursday unveiled his $1.9 trillion spending plan, which is aimed to assist Americans, small businesses, and local governments in the age of the Chinese coronavirus. The last relief measure, which President Trump signed last month, provided Americans with $600 checks despite the president urging Congress to increase the amount to $2,000.
In the days following, Democrat lawmakers vowed to provide Americans with $2,000 checks, but Biden’s plan falls short in that area, providing what would be around “$320 billion in direct payments of $1,400 for most Americans,” as Breitbart News estimated.

Exactly. If they are going to do it anyways then give me the extra money. By the time 2024 comes around even democrats will be begging for a Trump economy again. I think this next administration runs it straight in the ground, they will get a initial bump because now they are saying lockdowns don’t work. So biden will ride in on the white horse and give everyone money, open states back up and the economy and jobs will go up. He will take credit for the vaccine. Almost planned that a week before he takes office that “the science” is starting to show lockdowns don’t work, so these democrat cities and states will now open. Just in time for this administration to take over.

While I don’t support “welfare for all” how is closing your business and/ or destroying your job for the purpose of public health not a taking under the fifth amendment, and just compensation not owed?
