sued Republican U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert on Sunday after being blocked from the first-term federal lawmaker’s Twitter account. I can easily see a judge saying the plaintiff has a Constitutional right to not be blocked but at the same time say there's not a problem with Twitter blocking President Trump.
