I believe there is a good case to TEST this as a First Amendment Violation in the Courts.
Whether the courts will defend Prof. Eastman’s rights to Free Speech will finally tell us the direction this country will go. If Donald Trump does no even have the right to counsel, then we have truly gone the way of China.
We shall see if our courts understand this.
The Courts are point for the left and communism. Intellectually corrupt institution.
Take this to court, the court will add “election denial” to the short list of “not free speech.” It’ll be a form of incitement to violence.
