There are seniority and other union and federal restrictions on firing people. I’m sure he did what he could. His reality show catch phrase was “you’re fired” and he made it easier to fire VA workers. It’s a swamp. He drained a lot of it, but it’ll take multiple generations to drain even most, let alone all. Barron will have grandkids before it’s done.
