“So I will never set foot into Kohl’s or BB&B again”

Easier said than done for most, eventually there is no where to shop. My thought is a campaign of monthly boycotts. If 75 million plus people (actually many more people than that) refuse to do business with Kohl’s, BBB, Amazon.... for said month that will have an impact on there bottom line. Of course that only works provided you are sending your money to local small business, none woke on line merchants or just doing without. It defeats the purpose for example to boycott Walmart one month only to give your money to Target.

Just need some energetic tech savvy person of influence to get it off the ground and market the idea maybe on Parlor, Gab wherever.

I am 100% with you in spirit buuut..... These are large corporations. If they know this is temporary (i.e. just for one designated month) they can withstand the hit because they knwo you will be back next month. Something more permanent (in terms of boycotting) will need to be done

I’ve told people if you can’t stop shopping somewhere at least cut the amount. If 75+M people trimmed their dollars spent at Amazon by a third it would make a huge difference. We can’t all find alternatives for everything, but we can pick and choose and do the best we can. How many of us have gotten into the habit of buying things we don’t need because online shopping with a CC is so easy? There are a number of alternatives for cellphone service outside the big three. Just make sure your cut rate choice isn’t OWNED by one of the big boys. Many are. US Mobile, Consumer Cellular and Patriot seem to be private. Tracphone and it’s many subsidiary has been bought by Verizon.
