Dossier author Christopher Steele admitted to the FBI that he leaked the Russia collusion story during the height of the 2016 election to help Hillary Clinton overcome her lingering email scandal and because he believed Donald Trump's election would be bad for U.S. relations with his home country of Britain, according to documents declassified by the president in his final full day in office.
The FBI report of an interview agents conducted with Steele in September 2017, nearly a year after he had been terminated as an informant, provided explosive information about his motives in working simultaneously for the FBI and the opposition research firm for Clinton's campaign. The document was obtained by Just the News and at times reads like a confession from the now-infamous former MI6 agent and author of the anti-Trump dossier.
Steele told agents that then-FBI Director James Comey's decision to reopen the Clinton email investigation in fall of 2016 became his tipping point for leaking the anti-Trump collusion research that his company Orbis Intelligence had gathered and given to the FBI.
"STEELE explained that as the election season went on, they as a company were riding two horses — their client and the FBI — and after FBI Director James Comey's reopening of the Hillary Clinton investigation, they had to pick one horse and chose the business client relationship over the relationship with the FBI," the interview report stated.

After many months of ‘rat cities burning throughout the summer without lifting a finger, the FBI in about one day puts up billboards looking for assistance in identify those “rioters” who “stormed” the capitol. Looks much more like they’re in the business of protecting rats rather than in just enforcement of laws.
And when did the House and Senate intelligence committees and leadership learn this?
And was the FISA court so advised?
And what did Biden know, and when did he know it?

There was no source. He and people like Hill created it right there in his office. Steele’s associate Skirpol gave it Russian flavor. British intel sprayed him with the fentenyl (not nerve gas from Russians).
Steele is now using his cover story.
Maybe Trump was controlled (had things held over him) to keep his mouth shut? Or he truly believed in legitimate justice and it would prevail?
The FBI is the DNC Bureau of Investigation. Only party members hired, investigations only as benefits the party.
They’ll spend the next four years obstructing justice for HarrisXiden, and all the GOPe who screamed bloody murder and threatened Trump with impeachment for firing Corruptey won’t have anything to say about it.
It is a great tragedy that decades of outstanding performance that built enormous respect for the FBI has been totally destroyed by Comey and Mueller and their henchmen. Don’t talk to the FBI without a lawyer, regardless of what they tell you because they are all suspect now.

Not the FBI I worked with in the past. Too corrupt, cowardly, poorly led, politicized, and incompetent in so areas.
Some areas of the Bureau are doing a good job in the field of detecting ISIS and other terrorists before they strike.
I wish they would do that with corrupt and often traitorous Democrats in Congress.
