Another Harvard Law graduate. The Ivy League teaches the “living Constitution” and the power of the unaccountable imperial judiciary. The federal bench and Supreme Court is full of Ivy League graduates. Perhaps there should be a moratorium on appointments of attorneys from elitist institutions to judgeships in the name of “diversity”.
