Just because Lin Wood is a lawyer does not necessarily mean he is telling the truth.

Assuming your description of what he says there is correct, that would hardly negate everything else he has said in the last couple of months.

A state judge? Are they kidding? That couldn’t possibly be legal or constitutional. Aren’t we all entitled to our choice of attorney no matter the reason?
A judge can ban a lawyer from his court..................

I can remember a time when judges were supposed to be impartial. Now they don’t even try to hide their bias.

The whole situation was very strange.
Wood’s Mercer comments seemed quite lucid. Not sure what others heard.
You aren’t allowed to add a plaintiff to a lawsuit without his permission. Wood did that. Has anyone heard what Wood’s defense was to that act?
