I’m sure Justice Roberts will speak out when Biden and the Dem cronies speak out against “Trump Judges”....
That would mean law and order plus equal justice. How could the Dems allow that? /S
They may hurry the new 15 member SCOTUS in the 51 vote no filibuster US Senate. So much to do and so little time.

In 2020, it is State AG playing to role Senators were designed to play.
Amending the Constitution to turn Senators from being representatives of their sovereign state’s interests and being accountable to the state into a second version of the HoR perverted the entire balance of power written into the Constitution. Everything that progressives touch is corrupted and ruined.

Great move by Texas, but I would have to ask that Huddleston gal: What does deporting foreigners entering this country illegally have anything to do with “civil liberties”?

HA! And as of yesterday ICE had not released any of the detained illegals. 😉
Civil liberty starts with “innocent until proven guilty”, with anyone being here getting their day in court ... and, with the courts being scheduled for years to come, they’re released on promise to show up in court on time. In the meantime, and presumably usually, just integrate into the black market and never return to court.
We need more judges to step and stop Biden from destroying the US.
It’s only a 14 day Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). Biden’s team will appeal.
