Any Senator that jumps on that bus should be primaried with extreme prejudice.
I did a cursory search and could find “NO” cases or authority for the congress to censure a private citizen. It is not in the constitution nor in the rules of the house or senate. I would think that censuring a private citizen is also a bill of attainder.
