It is much different if you didn't grow up and suffer in Regiment, than simply going and getting your tab. Chicks get tabs now. Everybody on the ground knows this. Looks like Cotton ran on his tab and service, good for him, but he isn't part of Regiment.

Doesn't earning the tab make him Ranger qualified. Like completing Airborne school makes you Airborne qualified, but does not make a part of the 82nd. So I understand your comment. But how much of a stolen valor issue is this versus a guy who did not earn the tab pretending he did?
