That would result in Democrats being thrown out of ofice so that won't happen, at least not right away. Instead they will go for the "climate justice" angle and take money away from smelly polluting white people and give it to indigenous and minorities.
Kerry was a ‘key figure’ in negotiating the Paris Agreement, in 2015....that Agreement was aimed at addressing the negative impact of climate change....Kerry thinks it’s a notch on his belt since Biden has committed to rejoining it.
He never mentions that no other global nation or group of nations has achieved anywhere near the U.S. success in CO2 emissions reductions with even the highly touted EU hyped climate initiatives falling far behind U.S. emission reduction achievements... which has been driven by the increased use of low cost natural gas which America’s fracking technology has created.
