Ocasio-Cortez had stated on Twitter: "I am happy to work with Republicans on this issue where there's common ground but you almost had me murdered 3 weeks ago so you can sit this one out. Happy to work w/ almost any other GOP that aren't trying o get me killed."
She was assuming that Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, was responsible for the people who rioted and vandalized the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. The riot was the basis for the House vote, without witnesses or evidence, to impeach President Trump a second time.
The Houston Chronicle said that if Cruz "was trying to extend an olive branch to U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, it certainly didn't go as planned."

Where are the sirens, red flags, talk of expelling her from congress, taking of her degree (does she have a degree?).
...... Surprised that nobody has asked her to support her claims that Ted Cruze et-al tried to have her murdered ..... If there isn’t a defamation lawsuit filed agains her and all of her ilk .... Then this kind of behavior will continue. And no .... An appology isn’t enough in this case where they are seeking to imprison all Trump supporters unless they dissavow his entire Presidency.
I have a feeling we’ll be seeing a lot of this fiction in the future. That’s the narrative they’re putting out there. They started it by instigating the events at the Capitol on Jan. 6. Then the fence wall went up around the “green zone” to protect President Retard and The Botoxian from the eeevil Republicans. Now lies about having GOPs hiring hit men to whack RATs. Blah blah blah. This will go on for months/years.

I agree! Senator Cruz should sue her for a very large sum. She is an idiot to make such a claim. I do not believe for a minute that the Senator had anything to do with any plan to harm her in any way. Senator Cruz should sue her and make her produce any evidence. That would show her to be the nut that she is.
