As to pollution. Yes I imagine that blacks do get more of it. Not because they are black, but because so many of them are poor. Poor people tend to have crappier stuff than wealth people. That ‘stuff’ includes neighborhoods that aren’t right next to sources of pollution.
But what they really want according to another article, is for the money to flow into and be distributed by neighborhood “community leaders” as opposed to the regular bureaucracy. I think we all know what that means and how it will turn out.
The dims will prop up all of this by; providing gas vouchers for da poor just like section 8 housing. In NO way will any of these Xiden policies effect their POC base.
