Betrayal is one of the most despicable acts a person can commit. It shows that one has no moral compass. No matter what the relationship, betrayal means that relationship is over. No second chances. No "I'm sorry".

Which is why the damage done in this past year is the seed that will plunge this country into a spiral of violence, tyranny, or both.

People will remember who started it.

And it wasn’t us.

I agree. There are just some people who have a screwed up sense of loyalty, fidelity, honesty. I’ve seen it in two respects. One stabs you in the back for their own gain, the other commits wrong and expects you to remain silent. I’ve lived both.
