Rep. Devin Nunes: 'Russia hoaxers' at 'top echelons' of Biden administration

Trump-Russia probe promoters are now being recognized as top Biden administration officials, Rep. Devin Nunes alleged on "Sunday Morning Futures," as the California Republican criticized the appointment of Melissa Hodgman, the wife of former FBI agent and Russia investigation head Peter Strozk, to a key government position.

Hodgman was named the Securities and Exchange Commission's acting director of the enforcement division on Jan. 22. Nunes said he can’t judge how she will personally serve in her new post, but said the background of Biden's appointees raises concern.

"Looks like Peter Strozk is actually going to get reimbursed for all of his troubles," he said. "The guy lost his job, but nothing’s happened to him at this point."

"[Hodgman] could be a great public servant, for all I know," he went on. "But if you look at the larger picture, the Russia hoaxers, the people that were pushing this out from the very beginning and lying about it after the fact, they're all at the top echelons of the Biden administration."

Nunes said some ex-Obama administration officials who pushed the narrative that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia are now being "rewarded" and welcomed back into government sectors including the Defense Department, the National Security Council and the White House.

"We call it the Russia hoax, but it’s even more than that," he said. "Remember all the nasty stuff that supposedly happened in Moscow? This was not believable to anyone unless you had a sick, sick, demented mind."

"These people knew that this was written by Fusion GPS. They knew that they were putting it out to willing people within the media that would take and run with these narratives," he continued. "The FBI knew damn well ... this was all a lie."

What did become of the supposed grand juries and indictments slowly proceeding for Durham and the cases for former AG Barr to pursue?

Can all the guilty say “Forgot all about me. Whew.”?

And can we get our millions of dollars back for the Durham dud?

Someone once told me a precedent had to be set and is now followed for medical diagnoses that are wrong. “You paid for getting the doctor to give you a diagnosis. The fact that it was wrong does not mean it wasn’t a medical diagnosis given to you. No money back is due.” We lose.

I remember that one time (actually that every time) that I would get angry responses from freepers calling me all sorts of names for making quips about how nothing is going to happen against any democrat for any transgression no matter how severe the charge, no matter how much evidence. Trust the freakin plan.

Democrats will scorch the entire earth for as long as it takes to not just defeat but to deliver volume 11 monkey stomping to anybody deemed a threat no matter how little evidencej. They will not quit on Trump until every last family member and the next two generations are living in homeless Shelters cut off from all banks, all businesses ventures. After all not only did he threaten their unlimited access to free taxpayer money fountain, but also threatened to expose their corruption and Their frequent indulgence in the child sex slave trade (The real reason for stopping the border wall)

There is no doubt in my mind that this pandemic shut down was Engineered to get rid of Trump.

There is zero doubt that had the democrats could have gotten the nuclear codes, they Would have indiscriminately fired nukes upon friend and foe and even domestically alike and blamed Trump. That is not hyperbole as far as I am concerned
