I am certainly aware of Rt 15 in PA. I WENT TO Gettysburg College.
But my mother was born in Virginia and we traveled to her home place off Rt 11, the valley pike, the Le Jackson highway. It is western Virginia but NOT West Virginia. Just more CNN fake news.
US 11 certainly goes through a section of West Virginia’s eastern panhandle, including Martinsburg.
I’m on Hwy 11 all the time. Christiansburg to Pulaski.
