One has to wonder if it is Sleepy Joe actually making the decisions for these Executive Orders or the radical cabal surrounding him. I personally don’t think Joe is seriously driving policy, but is being molded by the radicals. Joe is bordering on needing to be in a memory care facility, but is being kept in office by his scheming ambitious wife “Dr” Jill and the radical cabal who can manipulate him at will. Sooner or later Joe will become so mentally incapacitated that he will need to be replaced by Kamala who is already likely calling the shots.
I think you are giving him too much credit.
I think some committee is writing up these executive orders, without one scintilla of input from Joe, and he just has to sign them and pretend to know what they are about.
