He was mouthing off at the first cop right from the get go. He would not comply with the officer’s instructions but argued with him.
That’s plenty arrogant in my book to think that you don’t have to comply when a LEO is pointing a gun at you telling you to get on the ground. HE doesn’t know who you are, or who you say you are.

BINGO! ATF was total jagoff! And if he has a medical condition, like he said, how is he still an agent? If he in fact does NOT have a medical conditional then he lied, and should be terminated. He should’ve been terminated from the prior theft charge.
To be fair, it was the FBI that did the gassing and burning. The ATF just storms a building with women and children firing indiscriminately with guns blazing.

You’re insane. A Federal agent should already have his badge out and waving it at the officers as soon as he saw them coming. That guy is a poster child for what’s wrong with these alphabet agencies. He should never have been hired in the first place. He’s an arrogant thug. That’s the problem. He got a reality check.
The attitude surfaced when he refused to get on the ground.
It’s hysterical that during the entire 15 minutes, he’s shut in the car ranting and raving like a lunatic.

He was given three commands simultaneously in a single sentence.
“I need to see your hands, show me your ID, get on the ground” while drawing down on him with his gun.
Most people who are not time traveling contortionists could one of those three things but not all three. And every time he tried to comply with the demand for ID the cop screamed “hands in the air” or “get on the ground”
He saw the cops coming from waay across the street. The arrogant fool had tried to force his way into a home without showing ID. How many times did he say I will not get on the ground? He was not confused. Did you watch the video? He got exactly what he deserved.
