Have they actually defined what they consider an extremist to be?
People need to sue the government for starters, and if those lawsuits fail to result in positive verdicts, then the precedent has been set for persecuting military personel based on thier political affiliation.
I raise the BS flag on this. The purge began the moment Larda$$ LLoyd took the helm. He was a token who skated up the ranks by crying racism. Gives a bad name for those who are actually part of the backbone of the military.

Please don’t equate those you describe as those willing to do anything more than collect a check. The US military is in rough shape right now and has been trending that way for some time.
Every year there are 5% fewer qualified candidates, willing to join the military or join the ranks of first responders. That is from a US Dept of Labor study and goes back a few years. That means either fill ranks with less qualified folks or reduce the numbers.
That’s not to say those that are left won’t be tasked with doing something like you describe, but they’re aren’t going to be too enthusiastic or good at it, if that day ever comes.
If anyone was being honest, the military has had it out for white, Christian, heterosexual males for awhile. Went into hyper drive under Obama. Problem has always been the due to our white privilege we pass drug screening, physicals and the ASVAB in larger numbers. Note heavy sarcasm. Whites make up a larger portion of the population therefore we made up a larger portion of personnel. The military is a microcosm of society as a whole.
To those of us who served and are serving, except for maybe 1% of all service members, race was never an issue. I disliked Obama, but it never crossed my mind as an active duty military member to disrespect the President. We just don’t do that. We support and defend the Constitution and obey the orders of the President.....etc. we did not need a ‘stand down” to remind us. This a witch hunt.
They will be given a paper quiz and answers will determine their political leanings; aim is to establish a military utterly loyal to the Regime, like China.
This will be part of a two tier system were massive institutionalized corruption will provide the lubrication that makes things happen, like China.
Look to China to see what the handlers of China Joe and the Ho want the country to become.
