MSN, CNN and other liberal media outlets refer to the "kickoff" of the circus impeachment trial.
Starting Tuesday at 12 pm ET, four hours equally divided between the Impeachment Managers and Trump’s lawyers to present arguments on the constitutionality of the trial.
After the arguments, the Senate will vote on whether the Senate trial is proper, with a 51-vote threshold.
Wednesday, February 10 both sides begin 16 hours each to present their case. Each side must use their time over no more than two days and each day’s presentation will not exceed eight hours.
Next, both sides will get a total of four hours to debate potentially calling witnesses and subpoenaing documents.
After any witnesses or documents are addressed, both sides will get four hours total for closing arguments.
The Senate will then deliberate and vote.

Bruce L. Castor, Jr.: Mr. Castor is a former district attorney in Montgomery County, Pa., and is now a criminal defense attorney. Mr. Castor’s cousin, Steve Castor, served as minority counsel in Mr. Trump’s first impeachment inquiry.
David Schoen: Mr. Schoen is a trial attorney who has previously represented Roger Stone, Mr. Trump’s longtime adviser.
Michael T. van der Veen: Mr. van der Veen is the founder of a personal injury and criminal defense law firm in Pennsylvania where Mr. Castor also works.

How do we get a message to President Trump?
The GOP is dead. they didn’t back him when attacked by the left via voter fraud and they aren’t backing him now with the faux impeachment trial. President Trump is the president the people elected ... and the congress critters should support him
But... the GOP is dead. so, time to start the Patriot Party.
President Trump just needs to give it his blessing and 80m+ people would jump to the new party.
but what would be different? The pledge. members running for office agree to adhere to an America First policy. If, during their tenure, they vote for something that doesn’t put America First... there would be a hearing within the party, broadcast live, within one week of the casting of the vote. After the hearings there would be a vote with two questions. Was the situation unavoidable and should the member resign immediately.
This would mean members of the party will be held responsible for their actions and steps would be quickly taken to remedy the situation if required.

Who really cares?
If they don’t impeach him now, who is to say they wouldn’t continue and impeach him once he starts a new party? Trump may be quiet now about starting a new party so that the senators vote not to impeach. But in the future, once he starts a new party? They will impeach him quicker that a bunny rabbit.

Elections are comparative choices. Just because someone voted for Trump in comparison to Joe Biden doesn’t necessarily mean they would change parties.
The rot is too deep. The deadwood and termites are too much. You have to burn down the house to get rid of them.
Why a new party?
1) If you can go to the moon and back, you can start a new party. Lincoln did it over a 100 years ago. And it will be a great and exciting adventure — like the new Space Force to boldly go where no RINO has gone before... or should ever go.
2) The establishment is not beholden to anyone but themselves. The grassroots can’t get rid of them or vote them out. You might get rid of the odd senator through the primaries in two years. But the real players and money men are still intact. So what do you have? Nothing. You would be farther ahead in two years if you start afresh. Not only that Trump is a natural builder and he would be in his element with no backstabbers.
3) You can’t really get rid of the upper level of the leadership that is against Trump. The democrats will even help keep these Republican RINOs elected to keep the illusion of a two party system. Not only that once Trump starts the new party, good and loyal people will be jumping ship from the GOP and Democrats because the great number of Trump voters.
There will be too much efforted needed in reforming the party and not enough time and success in removing the deadwood. If you look at all the Republicans that betrayed Trump it is a disgusting and disturbing sight: Mitch, 10 RINOs voting for impeachment, Christie, Pence, Kemp and Rattsburger, Barr, Roberts, Republican judges, Sessions, McCarthy, #nevertrumpers, etc. That’s only the ones we know. So the thing is that when you start from the ground floor up you don’t have to look over your shoulder or clean house.
Last thing: Trump needs a strong and loyal AG. Otherwise, it will be the same shenanigans. A good AG would have stopped the coup and started prosecuting and convicting. He would have looked at the election fraud and started inquires and arresting the criminals. He would have cleaned up the FBI and CIA. Yes, it is a big, Herculean task. But the AG has the most important job and once he and the DOJ acts the other departments and the Courts follow the lead. The AG provides the greatest legitimacy and security to the president. So getting a strong and loyal AG, plus house cleaning is the big take away lesson for Trump... one he should have learned with Sessions.
It won’t. It will just ensure D reign for perpetuity.
We need to boot RINOs and take over, starting at the local and state level.
IF President Trump gave his nod, the 80m people that voted for him would switch to the Patriot Party
