Hopefully commercial real estate will crash causing a ripple into residential real estate. Lockdowns + 2008 real estate crash would be awesome...
From the low in 2009 of around 6700, the DOW is now about 31500. Seems reasonable.
Yesterday I witnessed the Governor of West Virginia tell the world that his state was going to eliminate the income tax
That means there will be pressure on other states. Pennsylvania may never recover as businesses move their manufacturing from Pennsylvania to West Virginia
Philadelphia will be hollowed out and exist as Zimbabwe on the Schuylkill
For the record......
S&P P/E is now at 40.6
They gotta get rid of that frickin weirdo health director.
To work in the s***hole of Philly one must pay 4% of their income.
That’s nothing compared to Tesla...
They gotta get rid of that frickin weirdo health director.

They gotta get rid of that frickin weirdo health director.>>>> HAHAHAHA she works for Biden now. he new one is actually attractive.
Very perceptive, systemjim. And completely on target.
‘he new one is actually attractive.’
Atilla the Hun would look decent after a couple of years of good ol’ Richie...
.
‘It was the politicians’ unconstitutional and irrational response to the pandemic!’
I tried pointing that out on FB and youtube; if you wish to make females angry as hornets, do so...
apparently they all have ten meemaws, based on the number of homicide charges against me...
Having a bunch of people who have NEVER run anything successfully determine how all of our businesses should be run??!! What could possibly go wrong?
And while you are at it please seriously raise the costs of doing business (TAXES) just when the clientele is losing it’s jobs.
Worked so well in Venezuela!
It's a third world country.
Yesterday my right front wheel was off 4.8 degrees as I had an alignment done on my almost new Escape after returning to NH from PA.
The way it's going, I may have to only go there when there's no salt on the roads so I can take one of my Unimogs with 46 inch tires to get through the potholes.
You need to have usable highways for goods and services to move.
And of course the corruption.
Watch the difference in road projects.
It takes years for a project in PA that takes weeks in NH.
That would be Hussein, yes?
“Philadelphia will be hollowed out and exist as Zimbabwe on the Schuylkill”
