Well, I’m probably a minority in the 60+ crowd. I exercise regularly, which came in handy a few days ago:
Hearing of ice storms coming, I chose to save $700 and DIY, topping a 65’ tree that leans slightly toward our house. Its now about 25’ shorter. It was done safely, with a harness and ropes. I definitely was tired though afterward!
Good work on keeping yourself in shape! Still trying to get up and do it again myself.
I chose to spend $800 and have professionals drop a dead tree that was leaning dangerously over my neighbors house!
