So we send to Wuhan Virology Institute, to investigate a covid-19 outbreak , the very same individual who requested the NIH grant to Wuhan,

So, we send individuals who funded the program, but readily admit that they are not trained : "It's not really my job.."

Let's remember that Obama didn't want virology infection to be conducted in the United States, that is why NIH and EcoHealth Alliance off-shored it to China.
Then with the exposure of the Wuhan Chinese population, (#1) the Chinese government was aware of the infection, but allowed international flight travel out of Wuhan,
(#2) which infected the rest of the world, creating a world-wide pandemic.
(#3) Then that same Chinese government prosecuted and persecuted the physicians who discovered the initial infection, and
(#4) destroyed all their medical records.
Then that same Chinese government,(#5) lied to NIH and the WHO, denying any 'person-to-person' infection, which (#6)WHO repeated for over a month in the media/ press,
until, (#7)by personal investigation the CDC determined that information to be false, and the virus was, in fact, infectious and contagious.

After a year after negotiating with the Chinese government to an international investigation, the WHO/NIH/ sends the same,only American, to conduct an investigation,
but who states “I’m not trained as a private detective,”“It’s not really my job to do that.”
And then we wonder why the results of that investigation are inconclusive and a "white wash" of Wuhan and China accountability.
Did I understand that correctly ?
