Is he really this stupid? What this actually says is that the Earth may heat up to 3.7 degrees or higher. If that is centigrade it is slightly warmer than the freezing point of water, if Fahrenheit it is frozen solid. I think someone doesn’t know how to communicate. Someone should teach him that of and to are two different words.
