The Supreme Court announced Monday it will hear legal challenges over federal funding for abortions.
Without comment, the high court agreed to hear three cases concerning the Department of Health and Human Services’ rule that bans federal funding from going towards abortions through the family planning Title X program.
The Department of Health and Human Services under former President Donald Trump in 2019 changed the Title X program, preventing certain medical providers from supplying information related to abortion and instead required providers to give patients information on non-abortion options.

I cannot see paying taxes if the money is to be used for something so heinous.
Are the SCOTUS justices acting out of fear they will be swamped by the expanded packed court if they honor their duty under the Constitution instead of pandering to the Left?

It’s hard seeing this get the court rule against federal funding. You will get Thomas and Alito, maybe ACB, and possible Roberts, but I don’t see it going beyond that.

SCOTUS is corrupt and will always make the worst possible rulings from now on.
What we have seen so far out of SCOTUS makes me very concerned they will allow federal funding to resume.
