What is the point?

Sounds to me like they are4 Practicing Medicine without a License, they are also requiring their patrons to wear an Unsafe and UnProven Medical Device, so it sounds to me like they are Accepting FULL LIABILITY for any and all harm done to someone wearing a mask in their stores.

Seems to me if you're going into their store you're accepting their conditions to enter their private property.

Have a problem wearing a mask? Don't go in their store.

Or do you have a right to on anyone's property that you want?
