This is the first I’ve heard of these bills. Not a peep from my rep or sen that these were in the works. I wrote them both on this very subject. Andy Biggs is good about responding. Mesnard and Weninger have been unresponsive, although Mesnard did vote to arrest the BOS pukes.

But 1) will they protect their citizens from federal agents who are trying to enforce federal law? And 2) why are the current unconstitutional laws enforced?

Arizona also has mail in voting. Which is why it now has 2 RAT Senators . Republican rule is not going to last much longer here.

At least some of those bills haven't passed, yet, and are going through revisions from special government interests along the way. At least some of them won't stop federal agencies from confiscating firearms and arresting people. The state and local governments want the flow of federal pork to the states to continue without being decreased. The sanctuary bills are a political gimmick, though.
