Puerto Rico will vote just like the Puerto Ricans in the USA: overwhelmingly Democrat. The “lean Republican” stuff is just propaganda. In theory all Hispanics lean Republican because of their religion and social views. None of that works out when it’s time to vote against the gringos.
If they were going to lean democrat, why have they not moved to the states to take advantage of the free money.
