The officer will claim qualified immunity, the concept of which the Supreme Court just upheld. Sue the Capitol Police; suits for negligence or personal injury can be filed under certain circumstances.

They may well find themselves being audited by the IRS and investigated for any number of other things. They would be engaging some very powerful people who are not used to being scrutinized by deplorables.
No point in looking into her death at the hands of a policeman. She was white, thus a systemic racist. And a Trump supporter, thus a deplorable with neanderthal ideas. Police misconduct only counts when you’re black and resisting arrest. Everyone knows that.
