As we all know, the last election was a “tipping point” election on many different levels. An election won with the use of illegal last-minute changes to state election laws has led to a rogue regime that threatens the very foundations of America. This is being achieved through highly questionable executive orders, the decimation of the concept of national sovereignty and an attack on fossil fuels, the lifeblood of our economy. Moreover, Biden is converting our military into a social justice agency and transforming our intelligence services into witch-hunters for conservatives who dared to protest a stolen election.
More alarming is the left’s goal to make its political power permanent by granting amnesty to 20-30 million illegal aliens, granting statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico, expanding the Supreme Court, and normalizing the censorship of conservatives, not to mention the institutionalizing of election fraud, especially in key swing states.
There is little doubt, if history is our guide, that should the left achieve permanent political power, future elections will just become “show” elections, our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights will be diminished, if not gutted, and our economy will become permanently stagnant as with all other socialist economies in the world. It will be the beginning of the end of America as we know it.
Our Founders, however, were extremely wary of federal power and thus created a number of checks and balances to counter it. One of them was the ability by the states to “nullify” federal laws and even Supreme Court decisions. As most conservatives know, nullification is when a State decides to not abide by a federal law, regulation or even a Federal court ruling by simply refusing to enforce it.

Unless the last election is fixed, that's all any elections in the future will ever be.
Red state voters need to pressure their legislators to cancel future presidential elections in their states by revoking their delegation and reclaiming their constitutional power to choose those electors themselves. Blue city Democrats may be able to tip the state through fraud in their cities, but so far they lack the power to unseat red county legislators.
Any cowardly red county legislators that won’t do this need to be primaried.
Ergo, the Founders created a number of checks and balances to counter any royal pretensions by future elected officials.

Nullification is when a State decides not to abide by a federal law, reg or even a Federal court ruling......simply by refusing to enforce it.

It's looking like Texas and a few other States are about all that is left of America.
A LOT of people are seeing that and getting out of the States infested with prog to the level that they are nothing more than communist regimes.
This is not "sustainable" and the prog know it.
Look for them to start targeting the free states with discriminatory punitive "laws" that will drain money and freedom from their economies and residents.
The prog can not be cured, they will persist until their destruction is upon them.

Smashed government property to obstruct investigations.
Pay for play during her stint at the State Dept. All ignored/covered up.
Hunter Biden had sexually explicit videos of minors on his laptop and evidence of $$$ laundering of CCP money. Ignored.
Federal immigration laws under the leftist control...ignored.
Hundreds of thousands of illegals breaching our international borders...ignored.
Multiple FBI agents falsifying court documents to deceive a FISA court in an effort to frame a presidential candidate...ignored.
Trumped up charges against innocent citizens associated with DJT in an effort to facilitate a false case to impeach a president...soft coup conspirators. Ignored.
But a few federal laws just swept under the rug as if they are not on the books.
I say...the states have the right to pick and choose those federal statutes to follow or not.
There is no “rule of law” like George Bush used to spout time and again. Ya can’t just ignore laws and the foundation of those laws being the constitution and then demand everyone follow other laws...THEY (leftist) deem should be enforced.
It is the leftist, socialist, communist, Antifa, BLM and politicized federal agencies that have broken the “rule of law”.
I have my doubts on CW2 being organized.
I am 100% confident that it will be big.
States nullifying federal law has already started. Weve seen articles about several states passing laws recently to set themselves up as 2nd amendment sanctuary states, Abbott here in Texas is beginning to step uop and do something about illegal immigration that is be=coming a serious problem thanks to biden, I’m hoping he also starts to build the wall again and I think he’s at least consideriong a bill to ignore biden’s gun control. Need to check on that again.
