1St....What will a state who has decided to succeed do when the feds send in the FBI or/and ATF as they did in Waco? Already the same tactic has been used with Roger Stone and Joshua James, although on a smaller scale.
If our local LEO’s decide on a pitched battle, there goes your civil war.
Note that I suggest nothing at this point. I am only posing the question that must eventually be addressed.
The 10th Amendment predated the creation of the FBI, ATF, Department of Homeland Security and several others. I believe the founders envisioned the sheriffs as the top law enforcement in the country. If that were the case today, succession would be practical.
As a result of the feds constantly adding alternate forms of enforcement, it could get very unpleasant.

With close to 80% of the 1.9T spending bill being Blue State Welfare (pension bailouts, etc) I’d say this has already started.

Kick the feds out. Duh.
Good idea. They have been ignoring immigration and drug laws. Lets start by blocking some federal gun laws, make it illegal to knowingly house an illegal alien, put the guard solely under control of the governor, make it illegal for a federal agent to carry a weapon without state approval, refuse any regulatory power of the EPA or other agencies as required. This is just a list to start with.
What is the difference between ignoring some laws and ignoring some other laws?

OK, so lets get back to the basics.
You are going to run the feds out of your state.
So far you have neglected to us how that can be accomplished.
The state nullifications will simply be explicit reinstatements of the US constitution and BOR. There is no such thing as an unconstitutional federal law that has supremacy over anything.
1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 14th need explicit and vigorous state legal protections.
I want to see federal agents arrested for violations.

IMO, nullification is needed to create the conditions for secession. Several states could form compacts based on nullification. For example, nullification of gun control registration and other unconstitutional impingements.
The flash point comes when federal agents are arrested by state police and county sheriffs.

Nobody expects Yugoslavia until Yugoslavia happens. If nullification helps us to avoid the death and destruction an actually CW2 would entail, if only because the Feds then wouldn’t have enough muscle to stop all the nullifications by the free states, then let’s go for it.
As we all know, the last election was a “tipping point” election on many different levels.
If it weren’t for the media the democrats couldn’t have pulled it off they are as guilty as the democrat party traitors is to kind of a word for them.
But the question needed to be asked.
And the answer is more complicated, I think.
Biden/Harris are not running this country. Someone or some group as yet not identified is running it.
Much of what they have done so far seems to be similar to the Chinese model. if so, one would expect the FBI. ATF to be backed up by a sizable military force.
We will find out more when they attempt to collect firearms they rule to be illegal.
My point is simply that saying “we secede” is not going to cut it and the fact that the administration is attempting to search out all members of the military that they consider untrustworthy is a warning. Next will be witch hunts in all federal forces...FBI, DHS, ATF, etc.
