It’s time for Red States to start nullifying federal law

Waco is a terrible analogy. There, the Feds attacked a bunch of civilians, with support from the local cops. If a State wants to succeed, and does so by seceding, Fed agencies aren’t gonna be easily getting into those States. They’ll have no logistical support - local and State authorities certainly won’t be helping them; in fact they’ll be going against them. And who are the Fed’s going to be attacking? A civilian house in the middle of nowhere? Or government officials?

No, Texas is heading to be free of Mordor on the Potomac. We at TNM are working to get HB1359 passed. This will allow Texans to vote YES or NO if they want to be free and independent republic once again.

If Texans choose yes, the process starts to cut the money pipeline THAT DAY. Then committees will be formed for the hard work.

We are being crushed by EOs that shutdown our oil field, curtailed our process plant facilities and sent us into rolling black outs because DC denied Texas power plants to ramp up generators. Here's what we do know

• If the federal government were to completely collapse or was annihilated in a nuclear exchange there are still many layers of government to take it's place.
• Both red and blue States can and will form their own armies if they have too.
• Red states and blue states have completely different set of circumstances. Both have deep blue cities surrounded by a sea of red. But the difference is a red "right" wing government running a state will be able to quell and occupy the blue cities. OTH The blue states are f'd. The blue state governor can never hope quell an entire red country side.
• Even in the sectarian blue cites surrounded in a sea of red and run by a "right wing red" governor, the military militia will be organized and re supplied by ship as most blue cities are on the coast.

So the above points to the situation where it will be a hybrid. It will be a combination of "Bosnia" in the Blue cities and the first US Civil War everywhere else.

Roger that, Matt! Same here -- our recently elected sheriff, Steve Hoffman, gives Grady Judd of Polk country a run for his money, I'm glad to say.

He recently was in the papers because he refused to meet with the Brady Bunch, Everytown and the other usual suspects, and he told them straight-out why.

The lefties here would like to see him dead.
