Should be enforced regardless.
They didn't enforce the laws already on the books. They also allowed people with no authority to change or make laws, to do so at their leisure. Why will these new laws be any different?
And it will be unless it is struck down. Democrats will say it's meant to suppress minority voters. We'll see how well the Republicans can defend it.
