BOISE, Idaho — Ammon Bundy has once again been arrested, along with two other men, following a Monday morning confrontation outside the Ada County Courthouse.
Bundy and another man, Aaron Schmidt, were arrested Monday morning outside of the courthouse after failing to appear for their jury trials, according to a news release from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. Both men refused to wear masks, which are required to enter the courthouse by order of the Idaho Supreme Court....

Another total truckload of media lies. Bundy was pushed to the ground and then dragged inside the courthouse, without a mask on. So no mask provided when you go to court, but dragged inside the courthouse against his will without a mask.

You’re in CA or ID? Btw, I tried that strategy in S/CA until it became inordinately clear to me it was never going to improve or get better. I had to bail. Leftist/Communist, too many people, too much crime, too many kinky sickos, twisted psychos, too much traffic, restrictions, taxes, fees and it incrementally became worse, regardless of what I did. Idaho is still worth fighting for, but I sure don’t like hearing these stories that sound like their coming out of San Francisco or LA, not Idaho.
Great point. It was never about safety. The China cootie could float right through these cheape masks. If you can smell smoke through a mask, perfume, gasoline, etc, then that mask isn’t going to do a thing to stop the cootie.

Bundy takes the stand for defending freedom and rights in this country and that does not involve absolute obedience to police acting unlawfully.
I voted for Donald Trump twice but he said at CPAC recently said that law enforcement should have our “absolute support”.

I’ve heard for years that Sandpoint is where LAPD cops go when they retire....including Mark Fuhrman of O.J. trial fame....or infamy.
Agree that CDA isn’t anywhere nearly as bad as Boise when it comes to proggy infestation. Sandpoint has always run a little artsy-fartsy, but the occasional proggy outbreak never seems to last very long. We’re over in Oldtown near the north end of Hoodoo Loop. Nice and quiet.

I dunna understand why there was a trial at all? This was for not leaving the statehouse in August, so why not just a fine? Did the Bundies request a jury trial? And why not a zoom hearing? given the pandemic and all. I guess I lost track of them so I’m not sure what all this is about - the point being made by Bundy, I mean.
