The FBI arrested the president of the Philadelphia Proud Boys on Wednesday morning at his Port Richmond home, weeks after photos and videos emerged placing him at the front of the organization’s presence during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
---snip---
Prosecutors have charged at least two other men with trashing Merkley’s office, including Brandon Fellows, 26, of Schenectady, N.Y., who was arrested within two weeks of the attack. He told CNN on his way out of the Capitol Jan. 6 that he and others were smoking weed in “some Oregon” room.
Merkley later posted a video to Twitter showing the damage the rioters had caused.
The trail of destruction and looting. What happened today was an assault by the domestic terrorists who stormed the Capitol, but it was also an assault on our constitution.

You have to see this video of the trail of "destruction and looting" that Merkley posted. The worse things shown are cigar ashes and a Trump flag in his office. (He also claims a laptop was stolen.) This would be comical if not so serious.

assault on our constitution....an assault on our constitution.
The unmitigated gall of these people...
In December and January they all left the U. S. Constitution
in the dust.

DAMN! Can’t we get a break? What happened to ‘Insurrection’? Our boys went there to TAKE OVER DC!!! Oh well, they did accomplish something at least - our leader (the guy with the horns) did managed to hang a picture of a nude black guy sitting on a bed, in the Capitol Rotunda.
Better luck next time, guys!!!

I dunno since the article doesn’t say that he went inside the Capitol or vandalized anything. He may have, but it doesn’t say. It just says he was outside the crowd. That is not a crime in and of itself. The article does say the charges against him have not been made public.

Newa people often say it as deb-riss. Irk me, but like mispronouncing mischievous as miss-chee-vee-us, I think it has become accepted.

If you’re outside at midnight while wearing sunglasses and you look at a photo of Rehl from the back he does resemble the Oklahoma City bombing suspect John Doe #2, so this might be a two for one for the FBI.

This is just trespassing and vandalism, not “domestic terrorism”. And I haven't seen any pictures of vandalism except at the door where Babbit was shot. I saw one photo of several people walking around a large room with statues, mirros, and paintings intact.

This is just trespassing and vandalismYep, like fans rushing the field after a game, they shouldn't be there and may cause minor damage. No big deal.
