The Middletown woman charged with murder in the death of her 6-year-old is seeking the insanity defense, according to newly filed court records...
The 29-year-old woman and her boyfriend James Hamilton, 43, were indicted earlier this month on a combined 31-count indictment for the slaying of James Hutchinson late last month in a rural Preble County park and the disposal of his body in the Ohio River.
Middletown police have said Gosney confessed to killing the first-grader as he tried to get back into her minivan when she abandoned him and his two siblings, 9 and 7, at Rush Run Wild Life Area.

This hurts my heart in so many ways. I cannot fathom any mother doing anything to harm their child. I was told by my preacher I had anger issues because I told a child I caught trying to hurt my daughter (at a church function nevertheless) I would fu@k her up if I ever even heard of her trying to touch my baby again. When she told me she was going to tell her daddy on me I told to go ahead- I’d fu@k him up too. That’s where I am regarding the welfare of my child.

Circa 1964 in far South Louisiana a child was raped and killed. This was bayou country, I lived there. The perp was found and dragged behind a pickup until dead. He was lucky, it could have been far worse. When the cops came “none knew anything.” Case closed. The cops knew what happened and I suspect approved. The dead dude had a history.
What was done was totally illegal but just. My real question is our normal system of justice just? It is not.
When the justice system is no longer just, the rule of law comes out of the end of a gun barrel. We are nearing this horrible conclusion of law at whence there is no law but just the gun. I hope the good guys with guns prevail. There will be bad guys with guns also.
That is why they want to take away our second amendment.
What has always confused me is the fact there are many childless couples that can not have children. They would take those unwanted children in instantly and give them a good home with love.
Why do these people kill their children instead of giving them to people that desire them and will raise them in a home of love. I do not understand this.
Years ago when my son was 3 he was waiting his turn to go down a slide in a local park. A big black boy probably about 8 stood behind him and as soon as my son was able to sit down and motion himself forward to slide, the big kid kicked my son his his lower back. Naturally, I took off for the slide to help my son stand up so he wouldn’t get kicked again and when the big kid came down I grabbed him by his upper arm and with absolute rage in my face told him that if he ever kicked my son again I would tear him up. I never heard a peep about it from his family so I guess he didn’t complain about the white lady who scared him. I cannot imagine what would have happened if they had tangled with me. That mama-bear thing is no joke.

Why waste money.
Rope is reusable.
Hang him first so she can watch the man she was willing to kill her children for die. Make sure that you hoist him rather than drop him so that he strangles slowly.
Then you can hang her with the same rope.
In related news of two other child killers, the prosecution in the Chad and Lori Vallow Daybell case in Idaho sent notice he’s bringing in a female lawyer who’s experienced in death penalty cases.
