Hmmm, let's look at the record. One unarmed Trump supporter was shot in the face and killed by a capitol cop. One capitol cop apparently died after being pepper sprayed, possibly by capitol cops who were using pepper spray to subdue demonstrators they themselves ushered into the capitol (no evidence of the use of a fire extinguisher for anything). A couple of other people apparently died by natural causes. No buildings were burned. No vehicles were overturned. No businesses were attacked (several businesses probably had good selling days due to the size of the crowd). Compare that to the “mostly peaceful” demonstrations (actual riots) in Detroit, Baltimore and other Democrat controlled hell holes which were just another excuse for urban renewal.

A similar suit need to be filed outside of the DC circuit, so it has a chance to advance to the Supremes.
