Lawyers in New York must be cheering at this one. It’s clear cut grounds for a lawsuit against the NYPD for harassment. If there’s no crime, what are they doing harassing people?

He cuts the police funding by a huge amount, and then wants to waste the time of the remaining cops (during a time when subway slashings, pushing people in front of oncoming trains, robberies, etc. are at an all time high) to go intimidate people because someone claimed they’re “racist”.
