How is it a kid with a gun 6 days can shoot and kill 10 with no survivors while gang bangers in Chicago have a 60% survival rate? One witness says 3 shooters, another said shooter had pistol, another said machine gun and a third said a long fun.

A couple of young men who ran out of the store after hearing shots said that those killed were just standing still and not trying to get away. Normalcy bias. The victims were probably all shot point blank.
