Likely, $4 trillion is the starting number for negotiations, but, the democrats (not Biden, since he’s got no idea about what’s happening) will settle for about 3.5 or 3 billion dollars.
In any case, it’s not gonna happen unless democrats decide that republicans won’t have a voice in any of this.

The word, "infrastructure" means tangible entities ... roads, buildings, power plants, etc.
Unless Jo n' th' Ho are going to spend that much money on roads and buildings, we should question their sanity.
FIX 'em maybe, but not build any more.
Eisenhower pretty much set in motion the majority of the infrastructure we enjoy today.
I honestly have no concept of 4 trillion dollars ... I barely comprehend a million.
What the Compost is projecting is the most massive tax hike(s) in our history ... and it will not go to infrastructure but to people and government buyout programs.
They ALL want to be Anti-Christ and own the world.
