I’d like to know why The Brookings Institute is dictating election policy and grading states on whether they comply with the Brookings Rules.

Local state Rep. Brad Tschida conducted a review of Missoula votes with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. A state that runs an election, and they are the ones that do it, can check their tabulations any time they want. It’s their process and their count. Authority? Authority? They don’t need “no stinking authority.” And they can leak it any way the state wants.
