IOW negligent homicide is undercharging? That may eventually what they bargain it too. I see a thread running through both these cases. Resist arrest equals pay day for someone. Don’t try arrest and city burns down. Any copper in that hell hole who is not on the last week of their short timers calender needs to just quit and call themselves ahead.
If I were a cop there would be no more city revenue from BS traffic stops coming from me. I don’t know how any cops can bring themselves to do the work when they know that the whole political class will railroad them if anything out of the ordinary happens. At some point the hope of a future pension just aint worth the risk level.
